If you are paying by mail, simply print out our order form and mail it to us with your payment. How can I expedite my order if I am using a purchase order?
If you will be buying through a purchase order, simply e-mail or call to alert us of your order and fax us a copy of your purchase order. When we receive your fax, we will process your order as soon as possible.
Is 7-Dippity is a registered vendor in my area?
7-Dippity may already be a vendor in your area. If we are not, simply send us the necessary paperwork (i.e. W-9 Form).
In accordance with applicable state laws, 7-Dippity is required to charge sales tax in states where we have operations. You will be charged sales tax if you are in the State of Florida. If you are purchasing through a qualified tax-exempt organization, such as a non-profit organization or government entity, please provide us with your tax-exempt number along with your purchase order.
Once ordered, how long does it take to create a custom book?
The time it takes to create a custom book depends on the length and type of book you order. A full color comic book will generally take longer to create than a black and white interior book of the same size. We usually recommend you consider several months for book development and printing when calculating development time.

Most custom books are quite inexpensive to create and print. Prices depend on the length and type of book you order. 7-Dippity offers discounts on development fees to certain organizations.
If I am writing a grant, how can I get a quote from 7-Dippity?
7-Dippity works with many non-profit groups and other organizations that receive grant funding for projects such as custom book creation. Give us a call and we will provide you with a timely and accurate price quote.
What kind of information do you need to create a book?
7-Dippity always appreciates as much information as possible to help in their book's development. This can include pictures, brochures, pamphlets and videos. The more information you give us, the better we will understand your needs, as well as help to expedite your book's creation.
Do you need to tour our programs or facilities in person?
A 7-Dippity representative will personally meet a client whenever possible. However, it is not always necessary to physically view or tour a program or facility.
How much advance notice must I give before a custom book is reprinted?
We recommend you place a reprint order at least one to two months prior to your required delivery date. That way, your books will be printed and delivered in a timely manner.
Is there a charge for changes in a book already created by 7-Dippity?
There is no charge for changes to a book created by 7-Dippity provided we print the books.
How will my books be shipped?
Unless otherwise requested, your books will be shipped UPS Ground Commercial.
